Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned products, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
